I have entered Sandy into "Do You Have the Perfect Pet?" contest. I had until June 15 to enter pictures of Sandy and Speedy in the contest. I got Sandy in, but sadly, was unable to get Speedy in soon enough. :( You can vote for your favorite pet from June 15th to the 25th on www.nowutah.com/pets. The top five pets who receive the most votes will appear in the Perfect Pets special section of The Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News edition publishing June 29th. So I ask all Barlow's and Barlow friends to go into www.nowutah.com/pets, and vote for Sandy. Winners will also receive a signed Real Salt Lake soccer Jersey. I saw the ad in the paper one day, and just decided that it might be fun to do.

it's ok that speeding din't make the contest, because sqndy is over and above speeding in everthing...speeding barks louder, but they both made friends with our cat...i was supposed to vote but i don't think either sandy or speeding speedy charlie maynarrd bentley barlow are the perfects dogs...

i have to say i am sorrrrrry to the beckster, all 7 of our dogs, and 3 cats and 2359 birds are perfect in everly way...i would vote for all of them if the prize were a kit kat candy bar like braydo got for his pinewood derby klondike award
so becky' hay fever is bad, me and daniel think you ought to concentrate on just getting used to it, and thanks becky for paf5 although i am having trouble making all the corrections....too many people makes it so confusing
sandy lost, she is NOT the perfect pet, who knew? maybe if she would stop peeing on my rug, or fighting with speeding or going to neal's for food she might have been the perfect dog, but no none of those things happened

I had fun at the movie Becky, but I don't think going to that other one with the loooong line would have been too fun. Thanks for visiting and for you guys suggesting the movie, we had a good time. There are a few movies out there worth watching. :) We usually just wait for the dvd, but the theatre can be fun every few years I suppose. I was surprized that the kids prefer to watch them at home most of the time too. We actually end up watching a good portion of our movies when we are out camping in the trailer.

Thanks Tony, for voting for Sandy. She did loose, but I just wanted to try. It was more of a photo contest, and I just thought that it would be fun to enter.
And thanks for going to the movie. I really had a good time. And the pool was AWESOME. I never have swam in that warm of a pool before - except for the Arizona pool. You could only swim at nighttime though. So it was nice to swim during the day, and swimming in warm water at the same time. The parade and barbeque was really fun. I had a really good time. I was actually suprised about us going to the movie. Michael and Laura suggested going to see Wall-e, since they saw him at the parade. And then I brought out the free popcorn coupon. So, thanks Tony for being a good sport and going to the movie on your party day. It was really nice of you to come, and I think the kids had a blast too. I have never seen Owen so exited after a movie. He loved how Panda "sat" on the bad guy and how he shot way up in the air. I really thought we all had a good time.

We just can't believe that the cops were after you. Holy puppy poop. We don't have that kind of fun. We live inside a fence, about a quarter of an acre so it's not too bad. The only cop's we see are the sheriff and Border Patrol. I hope you didn't get punished too much for your escape. We think about escaping but we know that Mom would freak out if we did. We sure glad you had some fun.

Putz, yes, Mandy is dead...never in her life did she set foot in our home, so before you think about criticizing us for being leery of speedy coming in take consideration. We have never said speedy can't come in, even though it has always been a rule. We do draw the line when he jumps on the couch or chews on something, but that's it. So damnit putz, knock it off! We don't complain when we have to take our shoes off in Hyrum even though the dogs are tracking dirt in, and you guys don't seem to complain about it either, so just respect the few rules of our home too..is that so hard?
